Living healthy is actually really easy and affordable. It can fit into our hectic schedules and doesn't require much effort. People feel that switching to a wiser and healthier lifestyle can set them back in their day to day living but a few tips and tricks can help us stay with that.

Never ever skipping breakfast is the first tip. We have all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and this is more than just an old notion because a good breakfast is essential for vitalizing our body and it sets up the pace for calorie burning for the rest of the day. You don't need to eat large and complicated breakfast to charge your body and get health benefits. Even a simple piece of whole grain toast or a banana is better than nothing. If we skip breakfast then our body goes into conservation mode and as a result causes us to gain weight instead of losing it. The second tip is physical exercise.

The best option is to hit the gym three to five days a week regularly but not everyone has the required time or money for it. So for those who cannot afford to go to the gym regularly, they need to incorporate exercise into their daily life. Running on a treadmill while watching your favorite TV shows or doing fifteen to twenty minutes of exercise by seeing a video before hitting the showers in the morning can do wonders for our health and fitness. Substituting unhealthy food items with healthier ones is the final tip. Some small and simple substitutions like whole grain rice with potato, salad with fries and the use of olive oil can make a huge difference to our overall health.
